Douglas Data Labs currently operates as a brand, not a separately incorporated company. This notice describes how information submitted through this website is handled. The operator identity must be completed before unrestricted public launch.

Information we collect

We collect the contact, company and questionnaire information you choose to submit. We may also process a one-way hash of your network address for abuse prevention. The hash is held separately from lead records and is normally removed within 24 hours.

Do not submit underlying data

Do not submit records, files, customer or employee data, passwords, credentials, contracts, confidential clauses, health information or other sensitive material. The forms are for high-level assessment only.

Why we use information

To review and respond to inquiries.
To assess whether a data opportunity or buyer request may be suitable.
To prevent abuse and maintain site security.
To record permissions and business communications.
With further approval, to prepare an introduction to a selected provider.

Sharing

We do not sell form submissions as contact lists. Hosting and security providers may process information to operate the website. We will not introduce an opportunity to a data-licensing provider based only on the initial form; we first contact the submitter and obtain any further approval needed.

Retention and security

Lead records are normally retained for no longer than 12 months after the last meaningful contact unless a shorter period is requested or a longer period is needed for an active relationship, legal obligation or dispute. The private dashboard includes a retention control. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Use the form below to request access, correction or deletion. These requests enter a dedicated privacy-request queue and may require identity verification.

Updates

We may update this notice as the service, operator details or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
